Walking The Ridgeway – Train Connections

Last year we completed our walk of the full length of the South Downs Way and we are now about halfway through walking The Ridgeway.  We anticipate the walk taking 3-4 weekends and will use rail travel to get there and back from Surrey, leaving our cars at home, and carrying with us the minimum necessary for an overnight stay in a pub or B&B.

This is my map showing train connections, overnight stops and places where we found refreshments on the route:

Further details can be found here and I will update the map and blog page next we as we progress towards Ivinghoe Beacon.
